How
do I get started?
Call us and we will go over our service with you. We then email
or fax you our agreement. You fax us back a signed copy and mail us
the hard copy.

What minimum information do you need on a debtor to start
collecting?
A copy of
the debtor contract, customers
application and payment history.

How does the debtor find out you are doing the collection?
We contact your
customers by phone and mail and inform them that we have been hired by you to
handle the billing and payment processing on their account. We
also include a letter we prepare on your behalf that informs the
debtor you have retained our company to handle your collections. We
explain all the payment options available, mail out coupons,
wallet cards and a send welcome letters. |

When
and how do you pay me?
When more than 100 accounts are managed, we pay weekly.
50 to 100 accounts are paid every 2 weeks and less than 50 accounts
are paid monthly. |

I
am a private seller and financed a used car for a friend, will you
do the billing for me?
Yes, You will send us a copy of your agreement (even if
it's hand written) and we take it from there. |

Is
there an up front fee to sign up?
In most cases, no.

have been billing for 6 months on an 18 month contract, will you
take it over?
Yes, it doesn't make a difference if it's a new contract or
only has a few months left on your payment schedule. |

Can the debtor continue to make payments directly to our dealership?
Yes, however we continue to manage the accounts, make calls,
engage in the collection process with the debtor, send collection
letters and receive a commission on those accounts.

What
does your payment report provide the lien holder?
It shows the total amount received, a
breakdown of fees paid such as late or NSF, the amount allocated to
principal and interest, whether the payment was paid to us or was
paid directly to the dealership, the date the payment was received
and our commission due on each account.

want to sell my car as an individual by advertising in a local paper.
I am
willing to finance part of the sale myself. Will you help me
with the paper work?
We can't accept liability for your sale, but we do provide
bill of sale and vehicle purchase assistance. |

Will
you help resolve disputes that may arise?
That is one of our specialties and in most cases something
we provide as part of our standard procedure. |
