Service Overview

When you turn over your customers installment contract for billing, all account data is placed into our billing software and copies of contracts, applications and insurance information is kept in our office as your back up.  After each contract is audited we provide  verification of data  that assures our processing documentation is  reconciled with your records. Your customers account information can be provided to us by fax, US postal Service or any combination of communication alternatives that insures privacy.

Our billing service includes welcoming your customers on board, thanking them for purchasing a vehicle from your dealership, reaffirming your customers contract data, sending out payment coupons, verifying insurance, recording payments,  processing payments, providing customers with easy payment options and providing you with regular customer reports and payments.

Our billing department, referred to by customers as the "Star Matrix Group" or "Star Billing", is a stickler for keeping customer information updated,  verified,  and providing live time assistance to consumers when they have questions on their installment contracts.

Customer service includes live time payoff information, insurance claim support, payment history assistance and more.  Your customers know they can call us at any time and we encourage it by providing them a toll free number to our customer service department.  For your customers convenience we also provide bilingual support.  

Client payments are paid weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on the quantity of accounts managed.  We take our custodianship very seriously and are fully bonded.  

For your added protection, all data is backed up daily in our corporate office and also sent to back up sites in separate physical locations.

Support Services

To make certain the entire payment process is efficient, we provide extensive customer service.  This all-encompassing support covers every person involved in the payment process.  From your customer to anyone in your organization with payment-related responsibilities; our staff is their to answer questions and service your billing needs.  

From the moment you partner with the Star Matrix Group, you’ll be assigned a dedicated "Relationship Manager". This single contact will be your primary liaison at Star Matrix Group, making sure you get the maximum benefit from our business relationship. 

Our customer support will help you eliminate the costs of fielding payment- specific questions from your customers.  With our own in-house, toll-free call center, your customers can call for assistance in making payments, verify that their payments have been received and get answers to any questions regarding payments made on their account.
